The 2026 North Carolina Law Enforcement Planners and Analysts Conference will be held at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in beautiful Boone, NC.  The conference will include presentations on Financial Crime and Fraud Updates and Case Scenarios, Records & Retention Liability, NIBIN, Open Source Information, Auto Theft, Gangs 101, and Social Media for Public Safety.

• Event check-in will be held on Tuesday, September 22 from 4-5pm and on Wednesday, September 23 from 7-8am.
• Hotel Reservations: Please make hotel reservations at the La Quinta Inn & Suites, Boone, N.C., by calling (828) 262-1234 or on their website. Room rates are $105.00 per night plus 12.75% tax. Please make reservations by August 31, 2026, and use the Group Code: 092126NCL.
