MISSION
The North Carolina Law Enforcement Planners and Analyst Association is organized to promote and enhance effective and consistent law enforcement planning in North Carolina law enforcement agencies. To this end, it is the mission of the NCLEPAA to advocate for professional standards in the fields of law enforcement planning, crime analysis, and research, to promote and encourage professional development by individuals in the field of law enforcement planning, crime analysis, and research, to provide practical education opportunities to its members, and to provide a forum for the exchange of information about innovations, issues, problems, and solutions in the law enforcement arena.

BOARD

Stephanie Robinson
President
Stephanie has been President of NCLEPPA for --- years. She is currently the Administrative Supervisor for Detention at the New Hanover County Sheriff's Office. The President shall serve as chairperson of the Board of Directors and shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors. The President supervises and controls day-to-day business and affairs of the Association.

April Dillon
1st Vice President
April is in her first full term as 1st Vice President of NCLEPPA, after completing a partial term in 2025. She is currently an Administrative Technician for Detention at the New Hanover County Sheriff's Office. The First Vice President oversees the planning of the annual conference and all training seminars and performs duties of the President in their absence.

Stephanie Voorhees
2nd Vice President
Stephanie is in her first term as 2nd Vice President of NCLEPPA. She is currently a Records Specialist at the Newton Police Department. The Second Vice-President serves as liaison to other law enforcement organizations and oversees Association communication, including developing and/or overseeing website and social media development and updates.

Marilyn Wagner
Secretary
Marilyn is in her first term as Secretary of NCLEPPA. She is currently the Accreditation and Planning Specialist at the Fuquay-Varina Police Department. The Secretary keeps all records of the acts and proceedings of the Association and oversees Association membership.

Lindsay Peluso
Treasurer
Lindsay is in her second term as Treasurer of NCLEPPA. She is currently the Crime Analyst at the Fuquay-Varina Police Department. The Treasurer maintains custody of all funds and securities belonging to the Association and keeps full and true accounts of all receipts and disbursements. The Treasure also prepares the annual financial report.
